Meet Erin Davis
Holistic Health Coach
Hi, I’m Erin—a certified Holistic Health Coach with a passion for whole-person healing rooted in faith, nature, and authentic connection.
My journey into holistic health began out of necessity. After battling chronic illness for years, I reached a turning point and knew something had to change. That awakening led me to study with Holistic Health Educators, where I became certified and began to experience the power of aligning the body, mind, and spirit.
I believe that true healing starts with reconnection—first with God, then with the Earth, and with each other. My faith plays a central role in everything I do, and I’ve seen firsthand how inviting God into the healing process can transform not only the body, but the soul.
Through personalized coaching, my goal is to guide others into deeper wellness—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether you’re navigating illness, seeking balance, or simply longing for a more grounded lifestyle, I’m here to walk with you toward wholeness.
Let’s heal from the inside out—together.
Why Holistic Health?

Holistic health looks at the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—not just symptoms. Instead of masking issues with short-term fixes, it aims to identify and address root causes, support the body’s natural healing abilities, and restore balance through personalized, lifestyle-based interventions.
This approach is deeply rooted in ancient wisdom. Holistic healing practices have been used for thousands of years—Ayurveda in India, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Native American healing, and early Christian teachings all emphasized the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Long before modern medicine, cultures around the world recognized that health is more than just the absence of disease.
Today, science is catching up. Research continues to confirm what holistic traditions have long understood:
• Harvard Medical School reports that chronic stress contributes to a wide range of illnesses and that mindfulness, proper nutrition, and lifestyle changes can dramatically reduce that risk.
• The CDC states that up to 80% of chronic diseases (like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers) are preventable through lifestyle changes.
• Integrative medicine centers at institutions like Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic now incorporate holistic modalities—like nutrition counseling, stress management, and spiritual care—because the evidence supports their effectiveness.
Choosing a holistic approach means choosing to be proactive about your health rather than reactive. It’s about working with your body, not against it. It’s about discovering the deep connections between your habits, your heart, your purpose, and your physical well-being.
In a world full of quick fixes, holistic health invites you into sustainable transformation—healing from the inside out.
